Fire Cider Recipe
for Colds & Flu

Ingredients:
1 quart jar
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Place equal parts; 
Horseradish Root
Onion
Garlic
1/3rd ammount;
Ginger
Additions;
1/8 tsp Cayenne
Peppers
6 Whole Cloves
Cinnamon Stick

Fill jar with ingredients, cover with apple cider vinegar and date. Put in cool place, shake once a day. Strain after 4 - 6 weeks.
Dosage:
Prevention; 1 tsp once a day
Therapeutic; 1 tsp 3 x a day
