Drop In - $15
Online Yoga Unlimited - $65
Punch Pass Studio only - $75
In Studio One Month Unlimited - $85
Three Month Unlimited - $185

Fitness:
Personal Training - $40 hr.
Health Consultation - $40 per session
Massage Therapy:
Cupping - $15 a session
Energy Work(Jin Shin Jyutsu) - $45 hr.
Reflexology - $50 hr.
Thai Massage - $55 hr.
Flat Fee for Deep Tissue/Therapeutic
Therapeutic Massage - Deep Tissue - $70
Cancellation Policy;
Please give 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments when possible. A 25% fee may be charged for appointments cancelled without giving 24 hours notice. Missed appointments with no notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.
Herbal Apothecary:
All organic community driven herbal clinic.

Full Moon Paddle Summer 2022
Paddle #1 - Free Meet up at Castle Rock - Crystal Beach. Tuesday, June 14th @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm,
Approx. 2 hour paddle - kayaks welcome. Take London Bridge Road North to Phathom Road, turn left
West and turn Left before hill to dirt road at Window Rock.

Paddle #2 - Free Meet up at Mesquite Bay, Wednesday, July 13th @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm,
Approx. 2 hour paddle - kayaks welcome. Take London Bridge Road North past Windsor Beach
take a left at sign that reads "Non Motorized Watercraft only".

Paddle #3 - Free Meet up at Bill Williams Wildlife Preserve, Friday, August 12th @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Approx. Two hour paddle - kayaks welcome. Hwy 95 South past Bill Williams Bridge.
