Cancellation Policy;
Please give 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments when possible. A 25% fee may be charged for appointments cancelled without giving 24 hours notice. Missed appointments with no notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.

Purusha, "The essence of self"
In many cases our true selves are known on some level, but nature (prakriti) interrupts and creates distortion in perception.
No change versus constant change. Remain unchanged and surrender to true self, allow yourself to be separate from misguidance.
